1.Bank Transfer

If, for some reason you don’t want to use our online booking system you can contact us by email and book your trip like that. Before we can confirm your booking you will have to make a payment through bank transfer – directly on our bank account using the below written information. Bank transfer, wire
transfer, or credit transfer is a method of electronic funds transfer from one person or entity to another. Therefore bank transfer is a way to send money from one bank account to another anywhere in the world. The advantages of sending a bank transfer are that you do not need to wait for anything to arrive in the mail. And the funds are available immediately upon receipt.

2.Cash

We also offer the possibility that you can pay your water toy in cash directly on spot. You reserve this with a deposit of 50%, and then simply pay the rest in cash on spot. You will get a a preliminary invoice and, after the final payment, a complete invoice.

Cancellation policy

If the Client is not able to take over the chartered toy on the due date for any possible reason other than due to Force Majeure, the Client

can find another user until the agreed date. If the Client is not able to find another user of the
contracted charter services, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
– 10 % of the total amount for cancellation more than 91 days prior to original embarkation date
– 30 % of the total amount for cancellation between 90 to 60 days before the original embarkation date
– 50 % of the total amount for cancellation between 59 to 31 days before the original embarkation date
– 100 % of the total amount for cancellation less than 30 days before the original embarkation date
